Lymphoedema Workshop which is been held on Tuesday 21st November at 11am, the workshop will be for approximately one hour with time afterwards for questions, tea/coffee.
Information will be gain on the following:
– Function of the lymphatic system
– Risk reduction for developing lymphoedema
– Signs and symptoms
– Cornerstones of treatment, including exercise and skincare
– What to expect at an assessment appointment.
