Everyone who attends the Centre will be met by one of our experienced Client Services Coordinator’s who are available Monday to Friday 9 am to 4pm to support you. Together with the Client Services Coordinator a joint assessment of your needs will be discussed. Following this assessment, you will be given a period of 7-10 days to reflect on the types of services you would like to access. The Client Services Coordinator will contact you within 7-10 days to discuss this with you.
